Südnorwegen: Fjorde, Meer, Berge, Leuchttürme, Holzhäuser, Wasser und viel Natur: das ist Norwegen. Wild, einsam, kalt, nass, aber vor allem schön. Sehr schön. Viel bereist und fotografiert.
Ich wohne derzeit in Stavanger, im Süden Norwegens. Ich kann auch zu Jahreszeiten unterwegs sein, bei denen die meisten Reisenden nicht an Norwegen denken. Im tiefsten Winter ist es auch im Süden nur 5 – 6 Stunden hell. Aber das Licht ist mehr als eindrucksvoll. Ich versuche immer die besondere Stimmung eines Ortes mit einzufangen.
Fjords, sea, mountains, lighthouses, wooden houses, water and a lot of nature: this is Norway. Wild, deserted, cold, wet, but most of all beautiful. Very beautiful. Often visited and photographed.
I currently live in Stavanger, in the southern part of Norway. I have the possibility to take pictures during the season when most people don’t consider travelling to Norway. In the south of Norway we have only 5-6 hours of daylight in Winter. The light is very special during these short days. I always try to catch the special mood of a scene.
