Diese Serie reflektiert das Dilemma des Touristen: ein Mensch, der mit offenem Geist in ein fremdes Land kommt und dort etwas sehen und verstehen will. Aber schnell soll es schon gehen, weil man hat ja nur ein paar Wochen oder gar nur ein paar Tage. Der Widerspruch liegt darin, schnell ein Land sehen und verstehen zu wollen. Mit diesem Widerspruch wird eine Realität zur Erinnerung, welche nicht zwingend ident ist. Es ist eine verzerrte Realität.
This series reflects the dilemma of a tourist: a person arrives open-minded in a foreign country and wants to see and understand life there. But it has to be fast, because one only has a few weeks or even a couple of days to do so. The contradiction is the urge to quickly see and understand a country. With that contradiction the reality becomes a memory, which might not be identical with reality. It is a distorted reality.
